Ep. 212 From collective suffering to collective thriving.

On this episode Will and Dalton sit down and talk about a thought that came out of the first cohort of The Movement Mentorship. We often find peace in knowing that other clinicians struggle with similar things as ourselves. Such as imposter syndrome or burn out. There is a sense of relief knowing we are not alone. But, what are we doing about it? Are we working to change our circumstances to arrive a some collective thriving?

During this conversation we discuss this concept, how we have thought about addressing it, and why it is important for us as a profession to explore this thought. We love thinking about the concepts and doing our best to help move the profession forward. We don't claim to have all the answers but we are doing our best to explore these topics and take action on them. As always we love your feedback!
